To get started with securing your website we’re going to need some details from you, and so that we can keep track of the details we ask that you either send the relevant information to [email protected] or visit https://support.jtekresources.com and open a support ticket.
Note: We will be dealing with jobs in the order in which we receive the necessary details for completing the work.
At busy times it may take 5-7 working days for us to complete the full site setup delivery for you, although usually it is completed within 48 hours.
Basic Information We Require:
1. Your Name
2. Your Receipt ID & Payment Email
2. Your Company Name (for MalCare account setup)
4. Your Company Email (for MalCare account setup)
5. Your WordPress Admin login (see below if you don’t have WP setup yet)
Extras/Options:
6. In order for us to setup the automated backups there are two options:
a. you do the “authorization” process (see the first training video for WPVivid backups in the BlogDefender training) for your chosen off site backup storage
b. you give us login (preferably using a temporary password) to get access to your preferred offsite storage so we can do the authorization process for you.
Note: if you want to use sftp and then change the password after we’ve done the setup you will need to update the details in the backup plugin.
NOTE: Where you give us access to important account such as offsite storage and WP admin we recommend you update the password as soon as we have finished so you know you are secure.
